Founder

Faster Passport and Visa Services Inc. was founded by Yang (Anna) Song, who handles every case personally. Over a decade of experience means knowing how requirements differ between consular jurisdictions, why applications actually get rejected, and how policy changes affect your travel plans.

Most of our clients are on Long Island and in the greater New York area, and we accept mail-in applications from all 50 states.

What we do

The practice covers three things: visa applications for other countries, apostille legalization of US-issued documents, and US passport services.

• China visa — family visit, tourist and business categories, including visas for US citizens travelling to China
• Schengen & UK — the European Schengen area and the United Kingdom, including appointments and visa-centre submission
• Ireland — not part of the Schengen area, so it needs its own application; handled entirely by mail
• Canada & US — online applications, document preparation and interview preparation
• Japan & Korea — tourist and business categories
• Apostille — birth and marriage certificates, diplomas, powers of attorney and corporate documents, from all 50 states
• US passports — new applications, renewals, expedited processing and children's passports

How it works

Start by telling us where you're going, when, and which passport you hold — those three facts determine the category and the paperwork. We send back a document checklist; you post or drop off the documents; we handle the rest — forms, appointments, submission and follow-through until the passport is back in your hands.

We tell you up front where you do have to appear. Some visas require biometrics or an interview (Schengen and the UK, for instance); others are handled entirely by post (Ireland). US passports must be submitted in person by law — what we add there is speed and follow-through, not skipping the appearance.
